Pamela Levy

Born in Paris, raised in Miami and built by movement.

Pamela is a lifelong athlete with a deep passion for challenge: tennis, swimming, strength, and intensity. But when traditional workouts fell short of what she needed, she created her own.

During the pandemic in 2020, she designed the first version of Burnout Body and it took off. What started as a personal outlet turned into a full-body, full-focus system that now powers thousands of women around the world.

Today, Pamela is known for delivering some of the most demanding challenging and addictive classes in fitness.

1. Is this program for all fitness levels?

Yes. There’s one training level, but it’s designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re returning to movement or ready to level up, this program will challenge your strength, discipline, and consistency.

2. What equipment do I need?

You’ll need a mat, a set of dumbbells (5–12 lbs recommended), ankle weights, and elastic bands. That’s all you need to get the burn, no gym required.

3. How long is each workout?

Each session is around 45 minutes and follows Pamela’s signature high-intensity style: full-body, strength-based, and built to make you sweat with purpose.

4. What happens after the 21 days?

You can repeat the 21-day program as often as you want. Plus, every month we’ll drop brand-new workouts to keep your training fresh and evolving. The challenge never really ends it evolves with you.

5. Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?

The 21-Day Challenge Subscription is a monthly subscription. You’ll be billed every month and can cancel anytime.
