Digital Content – Subscription Programs
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of fitness programs, videos, and downloads are final. Once access is granted to any part of the training platform, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, regardless of usage or completion status.
Your subscription grants immediate access to exclusive workout content and resources. For this reason, we do not offer partial or full refunds once payment has been processed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. No refunds will be provided for unused days within an active subscription period.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and understand that all digital sales are final.
Physical Products – Apparel & Merch
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible merchandise. To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Shipping timelines: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, plus standard delivery times via USPS.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at levypamelashopify@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Need a different size or color? The quickest way is to start a return through our portal, and once accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
EU Residents – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. To be eligible, the item must be unused, with all original packaging and tags.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
