This is not your average group class. Join Pamela in person for a high-intensity, full-body workout designed to challenge your limits and reset your mindset. Every 1 hour and 45-minute session blends strength, cardio, and endurance, guided by Pamela’s signature training style. Expect energy, sweat, and transformation, mentally and physically. Open to all fitness levels, whether you’re just starting or already advanced. We provide all the equipment you’ll need, just bring your water bottle and your best energy. Spots are limited.
